COOKIE CHIPS CUTS WITH FRUITY FILLING
PREPARATION
SMALL CHOCOLATE DREAMS
Melt butter and couverture.
Mix flour, cocoa, cinnamon, cloves, salt and baking powder.
beaten eggs. Add sugar, syrup and orange baking. Stir in the couverture and flour mixture.
Cover the dough with foil and let it cool down for about 4 hours.
Cut out approx. 64 balls from the dough and roll in icing sugar.
Place on three baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake one after the other in a hot oven at 175°C for 10-12 minutes. Let cool down.

150g dark chocolate chips
275g flour
25g cocoa powder
1/4 cinnamon
Some ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
2 teaspoons of baking soda
3 eggs (class M)
275g sugar
1 tsp vanilla syrup
1 packet of orange baking
100g powdered sugar
