CRANBERRY ALMOND SMOOTHIE - A REAL ENERGY KICK!
PREPARATION
This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or as a snack between meals. It has a particularly pleasant and strong consistency. I love the creaminess of the banana and almond milk combined with the fruity taste of raspberries and cranberries.
1. Soak the blanched almonds in 300ml water for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
2. Then rinse the almonds and puree them with 400 ml of cold water.
3. Filter the almond milk through a fine sieve. Add the frozen cranberries, raspberries and banana slices and the dates to the almond milk - and a few ice cubes if you like .
4. Puree everything on the highest level to a creamy smoothie.
This recipe was created in cooperation with KitchenAid. The KitchenAid Magnetic Drive Blender ("Juice" and "Smoothie" function) is suitable for the preparation.
