SESAME PEANUT BUTTER NOODLE SALAD

PREPARATION

SESAME PEANUT BUTTER NOODLE SLAT - CHINATOWN SPECIALTY

Sesame peanut noodles are addictive! They're deliciously creamy and a little bit spicy - fabulous for a small snack or perfect for a big celebration. I love serving them at our 4th of July party in Berlin.

Preparation:
  1. Finely puree all the ingredients for the dressing for a few minutes, for example with the Kitchen Aid Artisan 4L Food Processor (blade attachment).

  2. Cook spaghetti al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well and place in a bowl.

  3. Mix the noodles with the sesame oil. Each noodle should be lightly coated in oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

  4. Now add the dressing to the noodles and spread evenly. Sprinkle with spring onions, diced cucumber and chopped peanuts.
